you should know that we have
limited supplies of most titles. If you see something you
want, it's probably best to order it at that time. Our available

Ordering
To order a item, just click on the Buy
Now! button located next to the item. The item will be added
to your shopping cart where you will be given the opportunity to
remove the item at any time. You can check the items in your cart
by clicking on the View Order
button located on the top of any page.
When you have added all of the
items you wish to purchase to your cart, click on the Check
Out button located at the top of any page. You will return
to the shopping cart page and be given another opportunity to remove
any items at that time.
When you are satisfied with your
order, click on the Go to Checkout
button.
You will then be asked to enter
your shipping address, billing address (if different), and your
credit card information. When you are finished, click on the Continue
Checkout button. You will be given another opportunity to
change your order, shipping, or billing information.
If your order and data is correct,
click on the Place Order
button. At that time, your data and your order will be sent to our
order processing server and your credit card data will be processed.
Your order is now complete and
we will ship it the same or the next business day.
We will confirm your order within
24 hours by return email. The
email will include a password (your order number) that you
can use to access your data and rebate forms in the My Account area
in the event.

of payment
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. We cannot accept payments by check.

Returning
Merchandise
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You
may return any item purchased for any reason within 30 days of receipt
for a full refund.
To return a product, you will need
a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain one by email,
please send our Customer Service Department a message by clicking
here. In your email, please be sure to include the name of the
product you would like to return and your order number. In the email
we send to you, you will be given the proper address to which to
return the item.

Shipping
Method, Time and Rates
Because we use US Priority Mail, shipping is both fast and economical.
Upon receipt of your order, we will ship it either the same or the
next business day. You can check for the specific day your order
shipped by referring to the My Account section of the website. Most
orders will arrive at your address within just one to three business
days.
Shipping is just $4.89 for the
first item and $1.49 for each added item (unless otherwise noted)
anywhere in the U.S.A. There's no added charge for Alaska or Hawaii.
