The program is an adventure game that builds on 6th-graders' interests in mystery and adventure and develops their logical thinking, mathematics, science, geography, social science, and language arts skills.

In mathematics players engage in an arcade-style game, "Cave of Danger," which encourages estimation skills. In "Bacterial Growth" players use a lab book with logic and math skills. In "Recipe for Disaster" players use add and subtract with decimals and fractions to work with chemicals.

Language Arts has four games building reading comprehension, vocabulary, factual analysis, and sentence completion: "Mysterious Locks," "Perilous Faults," "Pollution Detectives," and "Steps of Expression."

Geography features "Mysterious Locks" where players answer questions about maps depicting ancient world cultures. They develop geography skills by following compass directions, measuring distance, and interpreting map legends.

Social Science. In "Chasm's of Time" players sort historical events and in "Mysterious Locks" they compare and contrast ideas and facts, make deductions, and answer specific questions about the main idea of the passage.

For Science, players again utilize "Mysterious Locks," this time focusing on biology and physical science. In "Pollution Detectives" they used deductive and analytical skills through studying pollution, chemicals and industries.

Logical Reasoning is also developed through "Bacterial Growth and "Pollution Solution," by arranging bacteria for placement in a purification process.

Adapts to the students abilities. The program begins with a pre-assessment activity, or "test drive" which customizes the programs difficulty level for each player.

Up to 99 players that can sign in a pick up right they left off. The learning adventure just continues.
