what we do here is not "brain surgery". Nevertheless, it's
still quite gratifying to know that you are enjoying the website,
our products, and our service just as much as we enjoy bringing
them to you. Indeed, operating this website is the most fun
I've ever had in business!
As many of you know, I used to
own and operate a very large retail software publishing company.
Selling "boxes" in retail stores like WalMart or CompUSA led
to very little direct customer contact. On the other hand,
here at the website we get TONS of email… And reading it and
responding to it is usually the highlight of my day! I know
the others enjoy it, too! From what I see, I'd have to say
we have a terrific bunch of customers!
All of your mail, each message,
serves to remind me that although the Internet is a big place,
sometimes it can still be a pretty small one, too! So send
